Your Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des People Operation Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Erstellung und Pflege von Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen sowie weiteren HR-Dokumenten
- Mitarbeit bei administrativen Prozessen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles (Eintritt, Veränderungen, Austritt)
- Pflege, Aktualisierung und Qualitätssicherung von Personaldaten in unseren HR‑Systemen
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung unseres neuen HRIS Workday sowie Unterstützung bei systembezogenen Aufgaben und Prozessoptimierungen
- Unterstützung bei spannenden HR-Projekten und Migrationen, z. B. im Rahmen der Digitalisierung und Systemumstellung
- Tracking von Personalvorgängen, Fristen und fehlenden Unterlagen sowie zuverlässige Nachverfolgung offener Themen und Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben
Your Profile
- Du bist an einer deutschen Hochschule immatrikuliert, idealerweise in einem wirtschafts-, geistes- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Studium, und hast 20h pro Woche Zeit
- Du hast Interesse an HR Operations und möchtest die vielfältigen Bereiche moderner Personalarbeit kennenlernen
- Du arbeitest sehr sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail mit
- Der Umgang mit sensiblen Daten ist für dich selbstverständlich diskret und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du hast Spaß an administrativen und systembezogenen Aufgaben und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Tools und Prozesse ein
- Idealerweise interessierst du dich für HR-Systeme und digitale Prozesse – erste Erfahrungen mit HR-Tools sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Deine Vorkenntnisse sind für uns nicht entscheidend, wichtiger ist uns deine Motivation und dein Interesse an HR
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch
