The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. As a Logistics Operations Intern, You Will Support The EU Logistics Operations Team With Daily Operation Monitoring, Data Analysis, And Cross-functional Coordination. Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Support last-mile logistics operations across DE markets, including courier delivery and reverse logistics
• Assist in monitoring end-to-end logistics performance, tracking key operational KPIs such as delivery timeliness, cancellation rate, and exception rate
• Help analyze operational issues and identify root causes, prepare reports and insights to support solution design
• Support coordination with logistics providers (3PLs, couriers) and internal teams to follow up on operational issues and improvements
• Assist in SOP documentation, data analysis, and operational process optimization projects
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree at university, eligible to work in Germany, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
• Data analysis and explaining ideas clearly;
• Interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in English and German languages in order to effectively communicate with German vendors and merchants.

• Preferred majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field;
