Our client is a German software and AI company with around 300 employees and strong academic roots. Founded by a university professor, the company combines research-driven thinking with the development of digital products used by major organisations across Germany, particularly within the financial sector.

You can join through one of two routes:

• Work as a Working Student in Technical Product Management
• Complete your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in an area related to AI, conversational technology or technical product development

What you could work on

• Developing customer use cases and building proof of concepts on a conversational AI platform
• Translating customer requirements into structured technical solutions
• Supporting quality assurance and testing platform functionality
• Investigating complex technical support requests
• Creating user documentation, technical guides and best practices
• Working closely with product, engineering and customer-facing teams
• Exploring a clearly defined technical or product-focused thesis topic with expert guidance

What you should bring

• Current enrolment in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable technical subject
• Initial experience in product management, requirements engineering or relevant university projects
• A good technical understanding of APIs, JSON and logical system structures
• An understanding of LLMs and conversational AI
• The ability to explain and document technical topics clearly
• Ideally, experience with Jira, Confluence, AI tools or low-code/no-code platforms
• A structured, analytical and hands-on approach
• Fluent German—minimum C1 level—and good English
• Residence in Germany
