Working Student Process Engineering / Bachelor’s or Master’s Thesis (m/f/d)
Location: 100% remote within Germany
Start: Immediately
Working student: 15–20 hours per week

Our client is an established German software and AI company with around 300 employees and strong academic roots. Founded by a university professor, the company combines research-driven thinking with the development of digital products used by major organisations across Germany, particularly within the financial sector.
You can join through one of two routes:
- Work as a Working Student in Process Engineering
- Complete your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in process optimisation, business process management or workflow automation
What you could work on
- Creating and maintaining process documentation, flowcharts and BPMN diagrams
- Analysing and improving internal business and software development processes
- Creating procedures and clear working instructions
- Collaborating with different departments to understand processes and security requirements
- Designing and automating workflows using tools such as Make
- Identifying inefficiencies and developing practical solutions
- Taking ownership of a defined process-focused thesis topic with expert guidance
What you should bring
- Current enrolment in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable subject
- Initial experience with process documentation or automation—or a strong interest in learning
- An interest in workflow automation and digital processes
- A careful, structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The confidence to contribute ideas and work independently
- Excellent German—minimum C1 level
- Residence in Germany
