Working Student Material Compliance (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Support in the creation, editing, and maintenance of checklists and regulatory documentation
• Review of new Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for content changes and relevance
• Maintenance and structuring of regulatory files for top-selling products
• Processing of standard customer inquiries
• Management of the shared mailbox and forwarding of standardized requests
• Structured filing and document management; digitalization of filing processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable field
• Basic understanding of chemical substances and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
• Careful, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
