You'll make an impact by

  • You support the maintenance and documentation of existing Risk and Asset Management standards, policies, guidelines and templates
  • Building on this, you assist the team in administrative and organizational tasks related to risk management processes and workflow coordination
  • Additionally, you help create presentations and communication materials for our global Risk and Asset Management community, ensuring clear and impactful messaging
  • You support data preparation, testing and documentation activities during the migration of reports and dashboards from Tableau to Power BI
  • You provide operational support for international projects by coordinating information, tracking actions and maintaining project documentation
  • Finally, you assist the team in digitalization initiatives, including the use of Microsoft Copilot Studio, SharePoint and other collaboration tools, following established processes and instructions

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

  • Education: You are currently successfully enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • You have previous work experience or internships in finance, risk management, consulting or digitalization
    • You possess strong MS Office skills and ideally have experience with Power BI, Power Platform apps, SharePoint, Tableau and/or Copilot Studio
    • You are interested in AI, data visualization and process automation within a regulated financial services environment
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate an independent, dedicated and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to accuracy, traceability and clarity
  • Languages: You communicate fluently in English; German is an advantage
