Are you passionate about AI, digital innovation, and data-driven impact? As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Generative Engine Optimization & AI-Driven Search at Erlangen or Munich, you’ll help shape the future of online visibility—join us and be at the forefront of tomorrow’s search technology!
You'll make an impact by
- You support our team by monitoring and analyzing the visibility of our content in AI-powered search engines and large language models, utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console
- Building on these insights, you help to optimize existing content and contribute to the creation of new, AI-friendly content that addresses the evolving requirements of generative engines
- Additionally, you assist in researching current GEO trends and best practices, transforming your findings into actionable recommendations and clear visual dashboards
- Finally, you support essential workflow and user management tasks, ensuring smooth processes within the team
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program, such as Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a comparable field
- Experience and Skills:
- You have initial hands-on experience with SEO and content optimization, gained through internships, projects, or personal initiatives
- You are familiar with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms and have created dashboards or presentations to visualize data
- You possess basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and have explored AI tools related to content and search
- Ways of Working: You work independently, in a structured manner, and are eager to dive into new challenges
- Languages: You have excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and good proficiency in English

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
