Our team at the BMW Group is dedicated to digital marketing across European markets. We develop and optimize paid media campaigns across diverse channels and work closely with local offices, agencies, and internal departments. In this internship, you will gain valuable insights into digital marketing strategies for premium automotive brands like BMW and MINI.
What awaits you?
- You will support paid media campaigns across channels such as Social Media, Paid Search, and Programmatic Channels.
- Furthermore, you help coordinate external partners like agencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders from local offices and departments.
- In addition, you take on smaller projects in digital media, coordinating them with your team, agencies, and internal departments.
- Moreover, you contribute to various reportings and analyses of digital media activities to derive optimizations and improve media efficiencies.
- You will work in a diverse European team covering markets including Italy, Spain, UK, Nordics, and Poland.
- Additionally, you gain insights into BMW and MINI products, innovations, and product launches.
- Studies in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Team spirit and ability to work with a high level of independence and flexibility.
- Relevant work experience from other internships or professional training.
- Knowledge of the marketing funnel, marketing channels, and analysis; experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- High affinity for analytics, data, and precision.
- Fluent German (min. C1) and English skills.

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
