- As an Outsourcing Working Student, you will support compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies regarding regulatory outsourcing and third-party risk management
- You are supporting internal departments and relevant control functions throughout the entire lifecycle of third-party risk management at Scalable Capital (onboarding, monitoring, offboarding)
- In coordination with internal stakeholders, you will support the central monitoring and reporting of regulatory outsourcing and other external service providers
- You support consistently high quality in the monitoring, reporting, and documentation of outsourcing activities across our internal departments
- You work closely with our Outsourcing Team and support the preparation of risk analyses and reports for the Executive Board
- You support the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks
- Passionate about Third Party Processes and Regulations
- Basic understanding of information security regulations, requirements and controls
- Reliable, discreet, motivated and self-driven
- Adaptable to new and variable topics
- Enthusiastic to learn and take on new challenges
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Studying law, business law, business administration or a similar fields is considered a plus
- You are fluent in English and German

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
