Job Description

  • As an Outsourcing Working Student, you will support compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies regarding regulatory outsourcing and third-party risk management
  • You are supporting internal departments and relevant control functions throughout the entire lifecycle of third-party risk management at Scalable Capital (onboarding, monitoring, offboarding)
  • In coordination with internal stakeholders, you will support the central monitoring and reporting of regulatory outsourcing and other external service providers
  • You support consistently high quality in the monitoring, reporting, and documentation of outsourcing activities across our internal departments
  • You work closely with our Outsourcing Team and support the preparation of risk analyses and reports for the Executive Board
  • You support the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks

Qualifications

  • Passionate about Third Party Processes and Regulations
  • Basic understanding of information security regulations, requirements and controls
  • Reliable, discreet, motivated and self-driven
  • Adaptable to new and variable topics
  • Enthusiastic to learn and take on new challenges
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Studying law, business law, business administration or a similar fields is considered a plus
  • You are fluent in English and German
