Routine Labs is a Berlin-based AI startup building automation infrastructure for regulated industries.
We combine LLM-based workflow generation with deterministic execution in production. The result is automation that is testable, auditable and reliable rather than a black box.
Our initial focus is healthcare, but the ambition goes further: building the infrastructure that allows automation to scale reliably across complex legacy IT environments.
We are a funded early-stage startup, built by a team with experience in starting and scaling companies.
We are hiring for this position as either an Intern or a Working Student, depending on your availability.
- Interns & Working Students can start immediately
- Working Student hours: 16–20 hours per week during the semester
- During semester breaks, there is the option to increase to up to 40 hours per week
You will work closely with our Founder’s Associate and collaborate directly with the founders. Expect flat hierarchies, fast decisions and early ownership.

Tasks
In your role, you’ll work closely with our founders and go-to-market team to drive pipeline growth and support our sales processes. You will:
Lead Generation & Qualification
Research and identify prospective customers, compile targeted prospect lists, and support outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
Sales Process Support
Help prepare sales collateral, pitch decks, and product demos. Participate in discovery calls and capture key notes to keep deals progressing.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Keep our CRM up to date with accurate records, monitor deal stages, and ensure follow-ups happen on time and stay well-organized.
Market & Customer Intelligence
Examine target industries, competitors, and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) to sharpen our positioning and messaging.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner closely with product and marketing to relay customer insights and feedback that strengthen our messaging and product features.
Learn by Doing
Get hands-on experience in B2B sales, startup growth strategy, AI-driven products, and how early-stage companies scale revenue.
Requirements
You:
- Have experience in B2B sales, outbound, or a role with clear performance targets
- Have a track record of hitting or exceeding targets (e.g. deals closed, meetings booked, pipeline generated
- Are comfortable doing cold outreach across channels, including picking up the phone
- Are persistent and do not drop leads after the first “no”
- Communicate clearly, directly, and confidently, both written and verbal
- Are hands-on and execution-driven, you prefer doing over discussing
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Requirements
- Native German
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Previous experience in B2B sales

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
