We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Working Student to join our Hardside Prototyping team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design and delivery of high-quality mock-ups and prototypes for various Product Development and Innovation projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment, contributing directly to the realization of innovative products.

Job Responsibilities

  • As a working student, you will work under the supervision of the Technical Manager.
  • You will support the team in delivering soft component prototypes in line with the requirements of Development and Innovation projects.
  • You will analyse prototype requests and align with the requester and the Technical Manager on the required physical and digital deliverables.
  • You will assist the Technical Manager in defining the necessary resources, such as materials, equipment, and manpower, as well as in planning and organizing the fulfilment of requests.
  • In coordination with the Technical Manager, you will support the procurement of prototype-related deliverables.
  • You will support the Technical Manager in defining technical concepts, materials, and construction methods.
  • You will assist in the daily organization and coordination of workshop activities.

Profile

  • Currently enrolled student in technical design, engineering or a related field
  • Initial experience in prototyping is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Eager to learn in an international environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus.
