Beschreibung bereitgestellt von Raisin

Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.

Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.

Team

The B2B Partnerships Team is responsible for managing partnerships with B2B clients interested in offering Raisin’s products to their customers. These B2B partners usually include banks, insurance companies, brokers and other fintech firms.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will split your time between two exciting pillars: Project Management (Onboarding) and Business Development (Sales), working alongside experienced team members.
  • Co-Pilot Partner Onboardings: Help manage the end-to-end integration of new B2B partners. You will help scope technical integrations, write internal Jira tickets, track critical open to-dos, and ultimately conduct the final testing before we go live.
  • The Hunt for New Partners: Support the sales team by researching high-potential financial advisors, insurance companies, and banks. You’ll identify the right decision-makers, handle outreach, and help structure the perfect pitch.
  • Shape the Customer Journey: When deep-level partners replicate Raisin's portal within their own systems, you will consult them on best practices for customer communication and UI/UX setup.
  • System & Data Management: Get hands-on with our Content Management System (CMS) to configure new partner profiles, troubleshoot errors, and use MS Excel and Business Intelligence tools to build dashboards tracking customer registrations and performance.

Your Profile

  • Availability: You are studying in Berlin and available for a minimum a year.
  • Tech-Savy: You have a genuine curiosity about how IT integrations at a fintech work.
  • Autonomy meets Teamwork: You love taking ownership of a project and figuring things out, but you also know when to loop in the team for a brainstorm.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English. German skills (B2 or higher) are a great bonus but not a strict requirement.
  • Mindset: You are proactive, eager to learn on the fly, and not afraid to challenge the status quo or suggest a better way of doing things.

Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us!

At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Our culture is strongly driven by our ambitious team, which connects more than 75 different nationalities.

  • Employee Development Budget of €400 and one full training day per year.
  • Flexible working hours, home office and 20 vacation days per year.
  • Do you miss being in the office? The Deutschland Ticket gets you there, which we subsidize with €25 per month.
  • Enjoy more than 50+ different sports with Urban Sports Club: We subsidize your membership with more than €20 per month.
  • Hungry all the time? Snacks, daily fresh fruit as well as drinks provided at the office.
