We are excited to welcome a motivated People & Culture Working Student to support our small yet dynamic HR team at Qwello in Munich. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities by managing various office tasks and assisting with essential administrative responsibilities.


Your Responsibilities 🚀

  • Support daily office operations, such as maintaining and updating employee records, organizing files, and handling correspondence efficiently

  • Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure smooth communication workflows

  • Oversee office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked, and contribute to creating a clean, functional, and welcoming workspace, and communicating with our landlord when issues arise

  • Manage document processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure paperwork is organized and up-to-date

  • Provide versatile support across various HR functions and initiatives as needed, contributing to the department's overall efficiency

  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, including content creation and engagement strategies for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn



Your Profile ✨

  • Currently enrolled in university in Germany

  • Availability to work 20 hours per week and be at the office at least 3-4 times per week 

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Availability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities: willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching

  • A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric

  • Passionate about building your career in the HR/ People & Culture field

  • Growth mindset to keep learning and developing new skills

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
