Position Summary:

We've launched a new venture in the AI space - www.i10x.ai. For this PortCo we're looking for a highly motivated intern in Sales & Business Development. You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership to support high-impact strategic projects, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, building out our partnership & key client network, lead generation and key growth initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and partnerships in a fast paced AI venture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, partners, markets, and new business opportunities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a pipeline of prospects through market research and outbound outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls, events)
  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client meetings
  • Participate in client meetings/calls and provide follow-up support as needed
  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring that all relevant data is recorded accurately
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Prepare periodic sales and business development reports
  • Attend company and networking events to represent the business


What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors or Masters student in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent, structured thinker with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a bonus
  • Full time (interns) or part time (working students)
  • Min 3 months, ideally 6 months (for interns), all year long (for working students)
  • Need to have work permit for EU/UK
  • Start date: as soon as possible

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
