Working Student – Procurement Project Management (m/w/d)
Job Description
In this role you have the opportunity to

We are a team of 9 highly motivated Procurement Engineers in the Hospital Patient Monitoring Business who are working towards one goal of delivering Quality care to the people. You will work closely with Procurement Engineers and cross-functional teams, supporting sourcing projects and procurement-related initiatives across the product lifecycle.
Your role
- Working with procurement engineers to support the faster execution of sourcing projects by collaborating with Suppliers and manage the subsequent impact on commodity.
- Execution of regular Procurement team tasks, KPIs monitoring, preparation of reports, management and strategic business procurement presentations
- Supporting digital procurement activities such as AI agents development and Creation of dashboards to visualize complex data and drive automation in Procurement.
- Maintenance and structuring of project documentation, datasets, and working files to ensure usability and consistency
- Assist in organizing DfX and innovation workshops with cross functional teams for ideation and improvement activities
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (such as., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field)
- A valid certificate of enrollment for the entire period of assignment (Atleast 1 year) and working hours upto 20 hrs/week. Full-time during semester breaks possible.
- Prior experience in Project Management, Procurement, Supplier Management is a plus
- Good problem solving and analytical skills with good attention to details.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work as a team fostering strong stakeholder management.
- You are characterized by your independent way of working, curiosity to learn new topics and motivated to achieve meaningful results.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with additional knowledge of Power BI and python, CodeX or programming language for AI models
- Very good English (C1 level) and German (B1/B2 level) language skills
