What You Will Be Doing

• Support the ESG team in the execution of sustainability initiatives at both strategic and operational levels (Focus on Climate Change, Circular Economy and Human Rights & Environmental Due Diligence)
• Assist with ESG reporting efforts (e.g. CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy) and take partial project responsibility
• Conduct ongoing analysis of market developments, regulatory initiatives, and customer requirements and visualize results
• Aid in creating and implementing processes to further integrate ESG and Sustainability into the company
• Play an active role in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of committee meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other internal events
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Passionate about ESG and Sustainability, with a strong motivation to advance related practices within organizations
• Currently enrolled in a master’s program (preferably in the beginning stages) focused on ESG and Sustainability or an alternative program with a strong emphasis on ESG and Sustainability
• Strong project management and self-organization skills
• Work experience, preferably in the field of ESG and Sustainability
• Knowledge of current and upcoming corporate ESG & regulatory matters and frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Business fluent in English; advanced proficiency in German is an advantage
• Team player who is also able of working independently
• High level of initiative with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic and intercultural environment
• Eager to continuously learn and broaden your expertise
