In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Strong numeric and analytical skills
• High level or MS Excel and full IT literacy
• Ability to concentrate and deliver on time with the required quality
• Very good team working
• Good skills in communication and coordination
• Ability to develop data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage

Your tasks

Market Implementation support:

• Support programs roll-out of the already established markets dealers
• Support the new market launches
• Support DMS integration process
  
  
  

Reporting:

• Prepare routine reports
• Conduct ad hoc reports queries
  
  
  

Program daily routine operation support:

• Support system screens maintenance and new customer setup
• Monitor the data feeds quality and the data transfer
• Assist the Key Accounts at Mobis branches while providing a prompt support to their inquiries
  
  
  

Project management support:

• Support the coordination of the activities while communicating with all business-related parties and keeping them up to date
• Support the analysis on project impact
  
  
  

Communication:

• Liaise with the in-house IT and other business related departments
• Liaise with the relevant staff of the MPE branche
• Communicate with external data service agencies
• Liaise with National Sales Companies business related staff
