Das Procurement der HENSOLDT Sensors und Optronics GmbH verantwortet die gesamten Beschaffungsaktivitäten für die Programm- und Produktionsbereiche sowie alle indirekten Bedarfe mit einem jährlichen Beschaffungsvolumen von rund 1,5 Milliarden EUR. Das Operational Procurement stellt die Beschaffung und Lieferung aller notwendigen Materialien und Dienstleistungen an allen deutschen HENSOLDT Standorten gemäß den Anforderungen (z.B. Qualität, Zeit, Preis, Menge, usw.) sicher.

Das Procurement der HENSOLDT Sensors und Optronics GmbH verantwortet die gesamten Beschaffungsaktivitäten für die Programm- und Produktionsbereiche sowie alle indirekten Bedarfe mit einem jährlichen Beschaffungsvolumen von rund 1,5 Milliarden EUR. Das Operational Procurement stellt die Beschaffung und Lieferung aller notwendigen Materialien und Dienstleistungen an allen deutschen HENSOLDT Standorten gemäß den Anforderungen (z.B. Qualität, Zeit, Preis, Menge, usw.) sicher.
Deine Aufgaben
- Einholen von Angeboten und Durchführung von Preisvergleichen
- Unterstützung im Prozess von Bedarfsanforderung bis Wareneingang
- Unterstützung im Mahnwesen hinsichtlich Lieferterminen und Auftragsbestätigungen
- Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Sonderprojekten
- Korrespondenz mit in- und ausländischen Lieferanten oder Ansprechpartnern
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP wünschenswert
- Gute Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Selbstständigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
