Job Responsibilities

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist ein zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Dienstwagennutzer/innen und hilfst ihnen bei allen Fragen rund um das Thema Dienstwagen.
• Zusätzlich hilfst du bei der Überwachung und Koordination unserer Flotte, z. B. bei der Fahrzeugbeschaffung, bei Leasingverträgen und Vertragsänderungen, bei der Kontrolle der Laufleistungen sowie bei der Rückgabe von Fahrzeugen.
  
  

Das Bringst Du Mit

• Du bist immatrikulierter Studentin – idealerweise in einem wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengang (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mobilitätsmanagement oder ähnliches).
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Automobil, Mobilität, Fuhrpark- oder Leasingmanagement sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss.
• Du hast Interesse an Fahrzeugen, Mobilitätslösungen und verfügst über ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis.
• Du kommunizierst gerne und souverän mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern (z. B. Fahrer*innen, Händler, Werkstätten, Leasingpartner) in englisch und deutsch
• Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
• Du bringst sehr gute MS‑Office-Kenntnisse mit, insbesondere Excel.
• Du hast Freude am serviceorientierten Arbeiten, denkst wirtschaftlich und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick.
