About the Role
This is not a coffee-and-copies working student role. You will be doing real work on things that matter: keeping our commercial engine running smoothly, generating and qualifying leads with AI tools, and helping us reach the right customers at the right moment. You will work directly with our founders and our sales and marketing teams - in a company that is growing fast and where what you do is actually visible. If you are curious about how modern B2B go-to-market works, want hands-on experience with the latest AI tools, and want to be part of something that has genuine momentum, this is a strong fit.
Responsibilities
CRM & Data Operations
- Maintain and improve our HubSpot CRM: keep contact and company data clean, up-to-date, and structured for reliable reporting.
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, sequences, and dashboards that help the sales and marketing teams work more efficiently.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in our data and take the initiative to fix them.
AI-Powered Lead Generation & Qualification
- Use AI tools and agents to research, identify, and enrich potential leads across our target markets in Europe.
- Support the qualification of inbound and outbound leads - helping us focus time and energy on the right prospects.
- Build and test automated workflows that make our lead generation process faster and more consistent.
Online Marketing Campaigns
- Help prepare and execute online marketing campaigns - from content and targeting to tracking and reporting.
- Support the creation of outreach materials, email sequences, and campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for how we can improve results.
Team Collaboration
- Work directly with our founders, sales team, and marketing team - joining meetings, taking on tasks, and contributing your perspective.
- Take ownership of your work areas and flag issues or opportunities proactively.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a university - ideally studying business, marketing, economics, communications, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in go-to-market, sales, and marketing - you find this stuff interesting, not just employable.
- Curiosity about AI tools: you have already used them, or you are eager to learn fast. Either is fine.
- Organized and reliable: you take ownership of tasks, follow through, and communicate clearly when things change.
- Good written communication skills in English; German is a strong plus.
- Located in or around Potsdam or Berlin, or willing to be. We are hybrid but love having people in the office.

- Hands-on experience with the tools and practices of modern B2B go-to-market - including the AI tools that are reshaping how commercial teams operate.
- Direct access to founders and senior team members who are invested in your development.

- Flexible hours (10-20 per week) and hybrid working, with a preference for some in-person presence in Potsdam or Berlin.
