THIS IS YOU
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree programme (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).
- A genuine interest in marketing and events, and the energy to learn fast in a real, fast-moving team.
- Understands the basic function of the Sales team and the importance of lead quality.
- Professional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to small internal teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail; capable of managing deadlines for assigned tasks.
- Comfortable working with numbers and willing to learn — you understand that clean data is what makes good marketing decisions possible.
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint, and curious about CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, HubSpot — we'll teach you).
- Native-level German and English at C1 or above (written and spoken).
- Based in or able to commute to Munich (hybrid role).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across Germany, Switzerland and Austria to support events.
- Able to communicate clearly with international stakeholders via email and chat; follows global processes.

- Get campaigns out the door — prep target lists, ready assets, and run the operational backbone of multi-channel programmes with the regional Field Marketing Managers, using AI tools to speed up the repetitive parts.
- Arm Sales with what they need to win — prepare follow-up materials, organise post-event lists, and help the team turn marketing momentum into pipeline.
- Scout the DACH compliance scene — research local associations, competitive events and partnership opportunities, and keep our partner database sharp.
- Be part of the team that makes events happen — packing, shipping, RSVPs, on-site set-up and follow-up — travelling across Germany, Switzerland and Austria to deliver them in person.
- Help bring our webinars to life — coordinate dry runs, polish decks (AI-assisted where it helps), and manage live Q&A.
- Be the connective tissue between local and central Performance Marketing — gather assets, brief paid media requests, and keep campaigns moving.
- Localise marketing content for the DACH market — quality-check translations, refine templates and use AI translation tools to keep our voice consistent across languages.
- Turn data into clarity — pull numbers from Salesforce, HubSpot and email platforms, update performance trackers, and spot the patterns that help the team make smarter calls.
- Keep your finger on the pulse — track competitor moves and regulatory news (AI summarisation tools welcome) and feed insights back into the team's planning.
