To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are now looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the area of Growth Operations for up to 20 hours/week.

As a working student (m/f/d), you form the bridge between data and action. Your support in the analysis of sales data, optimization of processes and provision of tools and resources contribute directly to the optimization of customer acquisition and ultimately to the company's success.

Your mission

  • You create insightful reports in Excel from various data sources, including HubSpot
  • You develop initiatives to improve the performance of the inbound and outbound teams
  • You collaborate on the development and implementation of new outbound processes and create the corresponding documentation and guidelines
  • You support the team by creating guides and training sessions for the optimal use of HubSpot, carry out data cleansing, and prepare reports
  • You build targeted lists of potential customers through prospecting with tools such as LinkedIn Navigator and Apollo to support our sales activities

Your profile

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration/Controlling, Data Science, Sustainability, or a related field of study
  • You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems, SQL, VBA, or BI tools is an advantage
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
  • You have strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • You enjoy working independently in a structured way as part of a team
