We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Global Label Management team at our company. In this role, you will support the team across multiple label program rollout projects, contributing to data quality, testing activities, and stakeholder coordination.

Your Role

• Support data cleansing activities by reviewing Customer Reference Documents (CRDs) and reconciling information across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Create, check and ensure timely data maintenance in respective data sources within the projects.
• Perform testing activities, print labels, and verify label data integrity to maintain accurate and reliable records.
• Support the preparation and delivery of training and user guidance for new solutions and processes.
  
  

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong (B2-C1) English skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
