Internship: Change & Transformation Projects (f/m/div)

Job Description

• Experience Change Management: You support the Change & Transformation Team in advising and supporting the HR Business Partners and business units
• Understand Project Management: You collaborate in the conception, implementation and documentation of organizational development and change projects
• Create Concepts: You create concepts and presentations on organizational development, leadership and change management
• Take responsibility: You support in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the company-wide employee survey
• Shape the future: You support in the conceptual development of measures as a result of the company-wide employee survey
• Communicate effectively: You develop and implement communication formats (e.g. podcast, blog articles, etc.), as well as supporting the team with current projects and administrative tasks
• Stakeholder management: You cooperate with the coordination of internal and external partners
  
  

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, (Business) Education, (Business) Consulting or similar field of study
• Experience: You have already gained initial experience in the field of human resources, personnel and/or organizational development or in a management consultancy, and have some experience in the preparation and moderation of workshops is considered as a plus
• Way of working: You have organizational talent, willingness to learn and a high degree of independence and communication skills
• Skills: You are proficient in the use of MS Office
• Availability: You are available for at least 5 months at 35 hours per week
• Language skills: You have an excellent command of German and English skills, both written and spoken
