Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Finance assistance: You work in the Central ATV Finance Team to support ATV Management with important financial insights
  • End-to-End process oversight: Help execute the closing, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles at ATV Finance
  • Digital transformation champion: Play a key role in the team's digitalization agenda by implementing automation in recurring planning processes and developing AI use cases to enhance controlling efficiency
  • Presentation owner: Own the creation of management presentations and deliver timely responses to ad-hoc analytical requests
  • Take responsibility: You take on responsibility to work on your own project depending on availability and own ability

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Study field: You currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (TUM-BWL) or similar field of study
  • Experience: You have already practical work experience and you are advanced in your studies (master students preferred)
  • Personality: You bring along a sound business sense and the ability to collaborate constructively with multiple departments
  • Skills: You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You can handle big data and have a good knowledge of Tableau, Interest/first experience with Power Bi, GenAI, KNIME, SQL, or Python is a plus
  • Way of working: You distinguish yourself through a quality-conscious and team-oriented way of working. You have a proactive attitude and willingness to manage tasks independently
  • Language skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
  • Availability: You are available for up to 15h per week for this position

Important information:

  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
  • You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
