Internship Online Marketing / Performance Marketing (m/f/d)

HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen | Germany | Full-time | No grade

We offer you the opportunity to become part of the Performance Marketing team at HUGO BOSS for six months, starting on August 15th, 2026. As a team, we develop efficient digital marketing measures for our online shops worldwide and ensure that we realize the greatest possible sales potential with our marketing budgets.

What you can expect:

• As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will support us in the channels SEA, Social Paid, SEO, Display & Affiliate
• You will learn to think about online marketing from a performance perspective while supporting the team in their daily tasks
• After some onboarding time, you will have the opportunity to take over more responsibility by working on your own operational or strategical projects
• In SEA campaign management, you will take on a variety of tasks on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising: From keyword research to writing ad copy and optimizing existing campaigns on your own looking for KPI’s and targets
• For Social Paid, you support us in operational activities on Meta and other Social Platforms such as the creation of target groups and campaigns
• Support the team throughout different campaigns (Sale Season, New Collection Launch etc.) from day one until it is launched
• You will also work with us on several projects, e.g. opening up new markets or preparing our sale communication in different markets all over Europe and APAC
• Powerpoint reports for specific projects & Weekly and daily performance analysis
• Weekly and daily performance analysis
• Assisting with project management tasks such as setting timelines, coordinating with team members and tracking progress
  
  
  

Your profile:

• You are currently studying in business, communication or a similar field
• Curiosity about the different fields of performance-based online marketing and willingness to dive into their various tasks
• Fluent in English – knowledge of other languages would be ideal
• Structured way of working, organized & analytical thinking
• Ideally firsthand experience with online marketing and/or with Tools like Google Ads, Facebook Manager, Google Analytics or Photoshop
