Working Student (m/f/d) Global HR Strategy & Transformation

As a working student in our HR Innovation & Transformation team you will have the opportunity to contribute to our global HR strategy and play a vital part in shaping the future of our HR processes and products.

What You´ll Do

• Assist in planning and managing local and global HR transformation projects, aiming to enhance HR efficiency
• Design and conduct communication formats, including the Quarterly Global HR Town Hall, to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Generate reports and communication materials to support HR initiatives
• Maintain and improve SharePoint pages for global HR products, ensuring an organized and accessible platform
• Assist in stakeholder management and meeting coordination, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Work independently on assigned tasks, receiving continuous support and guidance from the team
• Engage in knowledge transfer and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative work environment
• Support the team in identifying areas for HR process improvement and implementing innovative solutions

What Makes You A Fit

• Currently pursuing a full-time Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, (Business) Psychology or a related field with excellent academic performance
• Practical experience in human resources and/or project management, gained through internships or working student positions
• A strong desire to learn and develop, approaching new topics with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset
• Ability to embrace challenges and grow alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Diligent and team-oriented work approach, with a focus on contributing proactively to team goals, as well as a passion for HR innovation and a desire to drive positive change within the organization
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with German language skills being an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient task management, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
