Working Student (m/f/d) Accounting Finance Processes

As a Working Student in Accounting Finance Processes, you will play a vital role in optimizing our global processes and supporting our Accounting team. You will have the chance to apply your analytical skills, gain hands-on experience with SAP systems, and contribute to our S/4 transformation project. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your finance and accounting expertise within a dynamic and international environment.

What You'll Do

• Analyze, optimize and document existing global finance processes
• Maintain master data in SAP FI and SAP MDG
• Assist in preparing the month-end closing calendar
• Support Accounting projects, including the S/4 transformation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency
• Prepare reports and presentations as required
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance

What Makes You A Fit

• Advanced studies in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Accounting (full-time enrollment)
• Practical experience in accounting or finance is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a networking mindset
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• A solution-oriented and systematic approach to work
