Our team shapes Hannover Re’s long-term business and IT architecture. We ensure that strategic initiatives, value stream roadmaps and local developments are consistently aligned with the Group Strategy, the Enterprise Capability Model and the defined Target Architecture. You support this work through structured, forward-looking architectural analyses and clear recommendations, enabling decisions to be made quickly, on a sound basis and with long-term sustainability in mind.
You can look forward to
- Getting to know the work of our Enterprise Architecture team from the ground up and supporting the further development of our system landscape
- Analysing and structuring applications and interfaces, identifying patterns and developing ideas for architectural standards together with your colleagues
- Preparing results to support alignment between IT and business functions
- Working with an architecture tool and the underlying architecture model (e.g. AdolT based on ArchiMate), comparing our model structures with existing data sources
- Identifying relevant information, spotting gaps or opportunities for simplification and contributing your creative ideas in a structured way
- Ongoing, advanced studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration, engineering or a comparable field
- Interest in software architecture as well as initial experience with programming languages (e.g. C#, Java or Python) and working with databases (e.g. MS SQL or Oracle)
- Strong communication skills combined with proficient user skills in German and conversational English
- A high level of curiosity and motivation to understand complex interrelationships and actively contribute
- Enjoyment of analytically working your way into new tools and methods and creating real added value

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
