We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Corporate Legal Department at our headquarters in Munich.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the Project Team with the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management System worldwide
  • Supporting contract documents management for migration
  • Assisting with the subproject “Up & Go”, implementation and training of self-uploading contracts
  • Assisting with testing the tool, including gathering user feedback


Your qualifications:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) from the 3rd semester onwards in Law, Commercial Law, Business Informatics, Business Administration/Management with an IT focus, or similar
  • You must remain enrolled for at least another 12 months
  • Availability: 15–20 hours per week, for at least 6–12 months
  • Strong affinity for IT/technology and Project Management
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools
  • Good knowledge of Teams/MS SharePoint (creating content types, template management, page design)
  • Interest in or experience with legal tech support
  • Structured, independent, meticulous and reliable working style
  • Fluent in English
  • Communication skills (precise, tailored to a global audience)
