Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a global finance environment while continuing your studies?

Join Flex in Stuttgart as a Working Student and become part of a collaborative team where you'll support key finance processes, work with experienced professionals, and gain valuable insights into accounting, controlling, and business operations.

This role is ideally suited for students who are available 20 hours per week (minimum 16 hours per week) and are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world business setting.

What a typical day looks like:

Accounts Payable Support (approximately 80%)

  • Review and process supplier invoices, including discrepancy clarification, approval coordination, and document archiving
  • Support payment and cash management activities, including payment runs and monitoring overdue invoices
  • Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal processes

Controlling & Reporting Support (approximately 10%)

  • Assist with monthly reporting activities, including trial balance exports, KPI updates, and account reconciliations
  • Support project controlling activities through data updates and reporting tasks

Ad Hoc Finance Support (approximately 10%)

  • Perform basic financial analyses and data reviews as needed
  • Support the finance team with administrative and operational tasks on demand

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Availability to work at least 16 hours per week during the semester
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Nice to have: previous internship or working student experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, or Administration
