As a Working Student in our Master Data Operations team, the primary focus will be supporting the team in item creation, portfolio maintenance, and safeguarding data quality across the entire Flaconi online store. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end e-commerce data processes, master state-of-the-art tools, and utilize enthusiasm for the beauty industry to ensure our products are perfectly presented on our website.

Your Role

Product & Brand Onboarding

• End-to-End Creation: Independently create, validate, and upload new products and brands into our Master Data Management system.
• AI-Driven Visual Assets: Utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to process and upload new product visual assets into the master data system in the correct, standardized formats.
• Data Maintenance: Keeping the existing product portfolio highly accurate and up-to-date by utilizing predefined master data validation rules and tools.
  
  

Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Supplier Coordination: Acting as a reliable point of contact for various suppliers to ensure their product details meet flaconi’s agreed standards and compliance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Working closely with Purchasing, Category Management, Graphic Design, and Logistics to ensure a smooth, fast, and efficient product launch process.
• Project Support: Contributing to internal master data projects aimed at reducing repetitive manual tasks, improving traceability, and increasing overall team efficiency.
  
  

Quality Assurance & Content Presentation

• Data Excellence: Supporting the team in continuous data quality optimization, ensuring that all online store listings are flawless and accurate.
• Beauty Presentation: Channeling a passion for the beauty industry to ensure our product assortments are showcased in the best possible light on the website.
  
  

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• A keen eye for detail, a high sense of data accuracy, and a structured, reliable way of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• A strong passion for the beauty and e-commerce industry.
• Foundational familiarity with Microsoft Excel, E-Commerce platforms, or Content Management Systems (CMS) is plus
• Prior exposure to, or interest in, Master Data Management tools, automation tools, or basic data queries (SQL) is a significant plus.
• While technical familiarity is an advantage, a strong willingness to learn new systems and adopt automated workflows is the most important requirement!
