nAre you a student in Germany who loves vaping and wants to turn your passion into hands-on sales experience? MEGA (a brand of Firstunion) is looking for two highly motivated Field Sales & Brand Ambassador Interns to hit the streets, conquer retail, and help us expand our footprint across key regions. This is not a desk job – you’ll be the face of MEGA in kiosks, shisha shops, e-cigarette stores, and beyond

.Working Mode

lThis is a fully field-based role with no fixed office. You’ll start your day directly from your home or dormitory, covering your assigned store territory within your region. All daily tasks — store visits, sampling, data collection, and merchandising — are executed on the move at various retail locations. You’ll be responsible for managing your own route and schedule within your area, with regular digital check-ins and remote support from the team

What you’ll

  • doRetail expansion & coverage: Visit and engage targeted stores (kiosks, shisha shops, e-cigarette shops, handy shops, etc.) in assigned areas, driving product distribution and visibilit
  • y.Product sampling & feedback collection: Hand out samples to store owners and staff, record their feedback, and relay insights to support product and sales strateg
  • y.Lead generation & trial order conversion: Identify buying interest through face-to-face conversations, capture and upload qualified sales leads, and assist the sales team in converting trial order
  • s.Competitor intelligence: Photograph and document competitor displays, pricing, and promotions (e.g., Elfbar, Vozol, Flerbar), systematically feeding back market dynamics and sell-through observation
  • s.Store data & reporting: Take and upload store photos, location details, and shelf information; submit daily/weekly reports using digital tools, ensuring data is real, timely, and traceabl

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
