In this working student role you’ll support the identification and evaluation of environmentally friendly materials for transformer applications through literature reviews, state-of-the-art assessments, and analysis of scientific and technical information.

  • Laying foundations: Perform comprehensive literature reviews and state-of-the-art analyses on materials used in transformers
  • Recognizing potential: Investigate emerging sustainable and environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional materials
  • Keeping overview: Compare material properties, performance, environmental impact, and regulatory considerations
  • Sharing expertise: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Shaping the future: Monitor market and technological trends related to sustainable transformer materials

  • Basics: Background in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Curiosity: Ability to conduct scientific and technical literature searches
