The Team – your impact
As a Working Student - Customer Interactions & Conversational AI (f/m/d) you will take over a dual role of community management and conversation design to shape the digitalization of tomorrow at E.ON across Europe.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Support ongoing Conversational projects – chat and voice assistants, closely working with the design, development team and project managers
- Contribute to the design of conversational flows, helping to create intuitive and user-friendly chatbots and voice-assistants and training NLU models to ensure proper recognition of user intents
- Organize and prepare knowledge-sharing sessions on conversational design best practices for existing and potential clients
- Maintain and curate content for our internal social intranet community pages; ensuring up-to-date and compelling representation of our team´s services and product portfolio
- Prepare and communicate project updates and achievements (e.g. milestones, conference participation, awards) across channels such as our Intranet, MS Teams, and LinkedIn to showcase our team’s successes
- Currently enrolled in a study programme with a focus on Marketing, Information Technology, Linguistics or similar
- Strong interest in the field of Conversational AI and smart automation; no prior experience required but curiosity as well as willingness to learn and explore new technology are key
- Basic understanding of user experience principles and design best practices
- A true team player, ready to support colleagues when needed and contribute to shared goals
- Ownership and responsibility – as your expertise grows, you are not afraid to take on your own topics
