Deine Aufgaben:
- Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des bereichsinternen Dokumenten- und Informationsmanagements (SharePoint & Confluence)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen (PowerPoint)
- Analyse, Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Daten
- Pflege und Erstellung von Kommunikationsunterlagen (z. B. Newsletter, Mails, Reports)
- Organisation und Koordination administrativer Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Leitung der Abteilung
- Recherche und strukturierte Aufbereitung von Informationen
- Eingeschriebene*r Student*in, idealerweise in Kommunikation, Medien, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Gute Kenntnisse in SharePoint & Confluence
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft PowerPoint sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
