Tasks
⚽What You'll Do:
- Support the business development and go-to-market teams through research, analysis, and structured preparation of strategic materials
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth
- Monitor relevant markets and international developments and prepare findings in a clear and structured format
- Independently interpret research results, formulate key learnings, and derive actionable recommendations
- Support business development projects, market expansion activities, and operational tasks
- Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning and evaluation of new business opportunities
Requirements
🧰What You Bring:
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, International Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Sports Management, or a related field
- You have a strong analytical mindset, a structured way of working, and a high level of attention to detail
- You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint; first experience with data analysis tools is a plus
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- You have a strong interest in business development, innovation, sports management, market analysis, and growth initiatives
- You are proactive, motivated, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment
