We're looking for a Marketing Intern (m/f/d) who is excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing international startup. More important than your experience is your attitude: we value people who are proactive, open-minded, fast thinkers, and hungry to learn.


Tasks

⚽What You'll Do:



  • Support our marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across different channels

  • Help create engaging content for social media, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives

  • Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover opportunities and insights

  • Assist with presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives

  • Support cross-functional projects with teams across marketing, product, business development, and operations

  • Take ownership of smaller projects and help bring them from idea to execution


Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a marketing related university program

  • You are curious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a startup environment

  • You are creative and enjoy thinking outside the box

  • You are proactive and don't wait to be told what to do

  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people

  • You are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • You are fluent in English and German; Portuguese is a plus

  • You have an interest in sports, technology, marketing, and startups

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Marketing in Hamburg für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
