The Role

As a Talent Strategy Intern at Consultport, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. As we are rapidly growing, this is an extremely critical aspect of Consultport.

Your Mission

• Talent Strategy: Identify, attract, and engage with top talent to join the Consultport team using channels such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and community events, ensuring a positive end-to-end candidate experience.
• End-to-End Recruiting: Manage an entire recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and conducting interviews to making an offer.
• Employer Branding: Grow Consultport's employer brand by driving new initiatives, building an employer brand, strengthening relationships with our partners (recruiting sites, universities, etc), and serving as a company ambassador at events.
• High-Performance Work Culture: co-develop initiatives, guidelines, and best practices on how we can constantly improve a work environment that brings out the best in people, working in a hybrid work set-up.

Your Profile

• About to graduate from university in HR, Business, Psychology, or a similar field.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated ability to learn quickly and perform at a high level.
• This internship must be part of your university program or eligible for academic credit, in line with local internship regulations.
• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is great, but not required
• Fluency in English is a must; German or French is nice to have
