The role


As the right hand to our VP of Client Growth, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a sales leader drives growth in a fast-scaling platform business. You’ll directly support the VP manage priorities, follow up on tasks, and support client outreach efforts. This role is perfect if you’re eager to learn the ins and outs of B2B sales, strategy, and leadership execution.


Tasks

  • Support the VP of Client Growth with day-to-day tasks and priorities

  • Client outreach (research, preparation, drafting outreach messages, following up)

  • Prepare for client meetings: agendas, notes, and action items

  • Conduct research on industries, companies, and prospects to identify growth opportunities

  • Track sales pipeline activities and ensure follow-ups happen on time

  • Draft presentations, reports, and updates for the VP and wider sales team

  • Act as a sparring partner and sounding board for new ideas and strategies


Requirements

  • Strong academic record and demonstrated ability to learn quickly and perform at a high level.

  • Must be able to commit to a 6-month, mandatory internship

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for an onsite role

  • Prior experience in sales, consulting, or a start up environment is great but not required

  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
