What you will do
Join our Technology Enablement team and get hands-on experience across a broad range of IT topics. You'll work alongside experienced it-administration professionals, taking on real responsibility from day one.
- Support our day-to-day IT operations, contribute to technical improvements, and help manage recurring operational tasks – keeping our systems running smoothly.
- Get involved in planning, implementing, and continuously improving our security measures – from policies to technical controls.
- Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and IT policies that our teams can actually rely on.
- Take ownership of well-defined tasks and smaller projects – with real impact and room to grow.
- Bring your individual strengths to the table. Depending on your background, you'll also pitch in wherever your skills are most useful.
Your profile
- Enrolled student in the fields of computer science, information security, business informatics, or a related field
- Strong interest in IT operations, information security, and structured operational processes
- Ability to translate technical and process-related topics into clear, structured, and understandable documentation.
- Comfort with taking ownership of assigned tasks and smaller projects and delivering them in a dependable, well-organized way.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to finding practical solutions in day-to-day IT work
- You have very good English skills, German language skills would be a plus

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
