🚛 Build for the backbone of Europe’s economy
🤝 Backed by unicorn founders & top logistics executives
cargovibe is building the digital co-pilot for truck drivers - the people who keep supply chains running, yet have been largely overlooked in digital transformation.
We solve real problems in the daily life of drivers: parking search, planning stress, lack of transparency, and missing support. Our platform makes logistics more predictable, efficient, and human.
We already have first customers, strong market feedback, and are backed by unicorn founders and leading logistics executives.
Now we’re entering the next phase - and we’re looking for someone to build it with us.
As a Founders Associate intern, you will work directly with the founders and get a front-row seat to building a startup.
This is not a typical internship. You’ll take ownership of projects and drive them independently.
Your scope can range from Sales and Business Development to strategic projects - and also things you identify yourself and push forward with us.
- Work directly with the founders on high-impact topics
- Support and drive Business Development & Sales
- Work on strategic projects (GTM, partnerships, expansion)
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution
- Test new approaches and build new initiatives
- Collaborate across Product, Tech, and Operations
- Jump in wherever you can create the most impact
👉 In short:
You’ll be involved in everything - and actively shape your own role.
- want to understand how a startup is built from the inside
- think fast and get things done
- enjoy taking ownership
- are not afraid to try things and learn quickly
- are interested in business, product, and strategy
- like working with people (e.g. in sales or partnerships)
- First experience in a fast-paced environment (startups, consulting, internships, or own projects) is a plus
- Experience using AI tools or automations (e.g. GPT, workflows, no-code tools) is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset and hands-on attitude
- Good communication skills
- Structured but pragmatic way of working
- Paid internship
- Hamburg, Münster, or remote - your choice
- Direct collaboration with the founders
- Sparring with unicorn founders, logistics executives, and experienced operators
- Real responsibility from day one
- Freedom to pick your own projects and drive them
- Exposure to Sales, BizDev, Strategy, Product, and Operations
- Steep learning curve and fast growth
- Team events and access to a strong startup & logistics network
- Potential to transition into a full-time role
