About The Role
For the Global Sales operations team, we are looking for a self-motivated, driven, energetic individual to help drive all aspects of the sales process. This involves: managing the sales data, creating sales reports, sales forecasting, inventory analyses, customer description and managing sales automation tools. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to assist streamline processes in reporting, forecasting, and various Sales & Marketing projects with the Sales Operations team. You will work collaboratively and interface with individuals globally.
What You Will Do
Sales Data Management:
- Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of sales data from various sources
- Maintain and update sales databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts
- Analyze sales metrics to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and dashboards for management reviews
- Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the sales operations
- Document and standardize sales processes and workflows
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and other relevant departments
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire or Power BI) is a plus
- Basic understanding of sales processes and operations
