About The Role

For the Global Sales operations team, we are looking for a self-motivated, driven, energetic individual to help drive all aspects of the sales process. This involves: managing the sales data, creating sales reports, sales forecasting, inventory analyses, customer description and managing sales automation tools. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to assist streamline processes in reporting, forecasting, and various Sales & Marketing projects with the Sales Operations team. You will work collaboratively and interface with individuals globally.

What You Will Do

Sales Data Management:

  • Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of sales data from various sources
  • Maintain and update sales databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and dashboards for management reviews


Process Improvement:

  • Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the sales operations
  • Document and standardize sales processes and workflows


Support Sales Team:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and other relevant departments


What You Will Need

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire or Power BI) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and operations
