You will be at the heart of our European growth, supporting the Business Development team in managing high-profile strategic partnerships and executing world-class events. This isn't just a "coffee-run" internship. You’ll be helping us steer collaborations with industry titans like BMW Motorrad, Leica, and more ensuring our products are seen where the action happens.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Support
- Execute & Monitor: Assist in the day-to-day operations of existing partnerships, ensuring both Antigravity and our partners meet agreed-upon goals.
- Steering: Help track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize partnership impact.
- Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for partner inquiries and logistical coordination.
- Research: Identify new potential partners in our key verticals and use case scenarios.
Your Profile
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, International Management, or a related field).
- Communication: You are an outgoing "people person" who can confidently represent the brand to premium partners.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must; Proficiency in German is highly preferred.
- Flexibility: Since our most exciting activations happen when the world is out playing, availability on weekends is preferred (don't worry, we are flexible with your schedule during the week!).
- Mobility: A valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: A genuine interest in cameras, action sports, or tech innovation. Experience with Insta360 products is a huge plus!
What We Offer

- Incredible Projects: Work on "money-can't-buy" experiences—from mountain-top promotions to major festivals—alongside the world's most exciting brands.
- Impact: Real responsibility from day one; your work directly affects how our brand is perceived in Europe.
- Flexibility: We value your education; we offer flexible working hours (up to 20h/week) to accommodate your lecture schedule.
- Vibe: A young, international, and highly motivated team in the north of Munich.
