As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Group Recruitment, Learning & Development, you will support our global HR team in delivering high‑quality talent, learning and development initiatives. You will gain hands‑on experience in strategic & operational talent acquisition projects, international HR programs, and organizational learning & development while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Support in planning and executing learning formats including gobal programs, learning days, trainings and mentoring sessions
  • Coordination with external training providers regarding relevant courses and offerings
  • Organization of international program invitations, scheduling, briefings and visa coordination
  • Participation in training and development projects as well as international HR initiatives
  • Take action in the design of a training concept to increase the quality of hiring & ensure compliance with global hiring standards across all segments
  • Support the discovery project for the implementation of a new global recruitment system (SAP SmartRecruiters)
  • Create & update Bilfinger’s global process documentation for hiring, onboarding as well as learning & development processes
  • Preparation and revision of presentations and communication materials, as well as intranet and app content with editorial tasks for newsletters, articles and translations

 

Your Profile

 

  • You are an enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication Studies or a comparable field
  • You have a strong interest in HR topics, ideally focusing on Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition
  • You bring strong conceptual skills and a creative mindset
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • You work in a structured, accurate, pragmatic and team‑oriented way
  • First experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
