In an ever shifting and increasingly complex business environment, we offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and empathetic working student. Here, you can learn, contribute, and gain valuable experience in diverse areas of compliance and sustainability. Help us promote and ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies and self-set standards within our group of companies.

Exciting tasks are waiting for you:

  • Compliance, Responsible Business & Human Rights research: Support research and analyses on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Processes & documentation: Support the documentation and continuous improvement of internal compliance processes.
  • Training & communication: Contribute to the creation and further development of internal compliance training and assist in communicating compliance‑related information and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Internal collaboration: Assist in the preparation and implementation of internal exchange formats, including hands‑on support during sessions.
  • Sanctions screening: Conduct sanctions screenings for potential business partners upon request from colleagues across the group and prepare results to support decision‑making.
  • Special projects and more: Work on special projects as assigned, including support in various administrative and organizational activities.


This is what you can offer:

  • Education: Enrolled student pursuing a degree in business administration, law, or a comparable subject.
  • Personality: Good communication skills, solution-driven mindset, service mentality and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
  • It´s international: You demonstrate strong intercultural skills and an excellent command of German and English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package.

Weekly hours

Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.

Under the Werkstudentenprivileg you're exempt from health, care and unemployment insurance contributions — only pension insurance applies. That leaves more net pay than a regular job.
