We are looking for a Working Student – Social Media & Activations to join our Marketing Operations Team!
Based in Cologne, you'll be the face of BEAT81's community and social media presence across Cologne and Düsseldorf capturing real moments, executing events, and building the kind of local community that keeps people coming back.
You'll work directly with our Marketing Operations team in Berlin. You will be based in Cologne working alongside the local operations team.
You will:
Social Media & Content
- Capture, edit and create local content: Reels, Stories, photos and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Execute the regional social media calendar across city accounts.
- Manage the online community - responding, engaging, building and reposting.
- Post consistently to HQ brand standards.
- Handle on-the-ground logistics and execution of monthly community events in your cities.
- Source and develop local partnerships in consultation with the Marketing Operations team.
- Build our online and offline community from coaches to customers, being the face of the BEAT81 brand.
- Be on-site for new studio openings across Germany.
- Support launch marketing campaigns and activations in other cities when needed as a shared resource.
- You're based in or near Cologne.
- You're studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or something related.
- You're a natural on camera and comfortable creating short-form content.
- You're organised, proactive and don't need to be chased to get things done.
- You're comfortable working independently while staying aligned with a remote team.
- You care about fitness, community, or both.
- You already know BEAT81 or the boutique fitness world.
- German language skills B1
- Hold a German driving license
