Allianz Digital Health GmbH (ADH) is a Munich, Germany based subsidiary of Allianz SE.
ADH's role is to define and implement best practices in Health data management, product design, pricing, underwriting, and claims management and to foster business performance of Allianz Health insurance entities around the globe. ADH also develops software tools and supports implementation in Allianz Health insurance entities to ensure technical excellence along the Health insurance value chain.
We are looking for a dedicated working student enrolled in a Master’s program to join our Finance team as soon as possible and take over operational accounting and reporting tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to finance processes and the opportunity to contribute directly to the smooth running of our accounting operations. This position is an ideal opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in accounting and learning more about the insurance industry. In addition, you will have the opportunity to apply your accounting knowledge and broaden your exposure to handling different topics with different team members, and multi-tasking.
Tasks
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Prepare data for outgoing invoices, generate sales orders, track incoming payments, and support accurate financial reporting
- Accounts Payable (AP): Monitor incoming invoices, verify invoice details, track invoice status to ensure timely payments
- Support quarterly and annual closing activities
- Analyze HGB and IFRS financial reports for accuracy and insights
- Prepare monthly financial reports and compare actuals vs. forecasts vs. budgets
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Previous internship experience in Finance, Accounting or Reporting
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently after initial training
- Good communication skills in English and German
