What you will do
- Support for measurement and testing of new hearing aid components
- Support for documentation for new devices and components (using microscope and 3D scanner)
- Support for dismantling hearing aid subassemblies
- Support for tolerance analysis and 2D drawings
- Support in creating measurements or testing jigs (e.g. design 3D printed jigs with Creo)
- Literature research for new manufacturing processes / technologies and suppliers
What you bring
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) of the disciplines mechanical engineering, mechatronics, medical engineering or similar
- Knowledge in mechanical engineering
- Expertise and interest in small precision mechanics and attention to details
- Experiences in executing and analysing different reliability or quality tests and trials
- Basic knowledge and experience with Creo
- Good spoken and written German and English skills.
- Proficiency in software tools related to MS Office
What we offer
The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 1.020 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.300 gross.
