What you will do

• Support for measurement and testing of new hearing aid components
• Support for documentation for new devices and components (using microscope and 3D scanner)
• Support for dismantling hearing aid subassemblies
• Support for tolerance analysis and 2D drawings
• Support in creating measurements or testing jigs (e.g. design 3D printed jigs with Creo)
• Literature research for new manufacturing processes / technologies and suppliers
  
  

What you bring

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) of the disciplines mechanical engineering, mechatronics, medical engineering or similar
• Knowledge in mechanical engineering
• Expertise and interest in small precision mechanics and attention to details
• Experiences in executing and analysing different reliability or quality tests and trials
• Basic knowledge and experience with Creo
• Good spoken and written German and English skills.
• Proficiency in software tools related to MS Office
  
  

What we offer

The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 1.020 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.300 gross.
